This fixes/changes/adds the following:

Fixes:
- Rounded corners on images that are not the first of a user after another user has sent a message
- Auto complete input missing from forms when submitted
- Enter not submitting form
Changes:
- Added additional focus styling for form inputs
  - Changed outline colour
  - Faded placeholder
- Autoformatting (which made file indents consistent)
Adds:
- Additional meta info
- Added the ability for templates to add items to page <head>
