found in :py:obj:`lang2domain` URL ``<lang>.search.yahoo.com`` is used.

before this commit, when the user picks "Chinese, China" or "Chinese, Taiwan",
the locale fallbacks to English.
This commit fixes this issue (the translations branch must be updated)
