Why it's here

Surfaced by the SGR-mouse search; a single-header C terminal library covering SGR styling, all mouse modes (X10/1000/1002/1003/1006), and bracketed paste — a checklist of terminal protocols, and a reminder to support bracketed paste (?2004h) in tai's input parser eventually (non-goal for v1).
