+# WhatsApp golden test vectors
+
+These four files are copied verbatim from jfelipesjc/wa-go (MIT licensed),
+`internal/.../testdata`, and are used by `tests/whatsapp_test.cpp` to validate
+detz's native WhatsApp wire/crypto/Signal implementation byte-for-byte. They
+were generated by wa-go's capture harness from the real `@whiskeysockets/baileys`
+client; see docs/whatsapp.md. Do not edit.
