Potential fix for manifest, the icons were being marked as instability since they were the wrong size which might fix firefox android #32

When checking on push notifications, I noticed that edge was saying that these images not matching the size is considered an instability. I figured I'd check but even with a (self signed) SSL cert firefox on android didn't want to co-operate, will probably have to test on an actual domain
