chore: bump project version to 1.25.0 and increase sandbox starfield count from 50 to 150

- Update pyproject.toml version from 1.24.0 to 1.25.0 - Modify sandbox.html StarField instantiation to use 150 stars instead of 50 - Add changelog entry for version 1.25.0 documenting the HTML file update
