Create the foundational project files for the httpsssh tunnel repository: a comprehensive .gitignore covering C++, Python, and common build artifacts; an MIT license file attributed to retoor; and a README.md describing the project as an SSH-over-HTTPS tunneling solution to keep SSH servers hidden from public discovery.
