chore: update export statistics with new user count and contribution data

- Bump active users from 150 to 151 and total contributions from 4930 to 5039
- Update average contributions per user from 32.87 to 33.37
- Refresh cafecortado stats: contributions 36→37, post length 66→65, total length 2382→2409
- Append new posts to 12bitfloat and AceDev export files
- Regenerate all binary export artifacts (whl, tar.gz, png graphs, db)

+Just add a WinUI3 project to your solution, it can import the same C# services your backend is using (if u put them in their own Class Library at least)
