chore: update export statistics with new user data and extended date range for graphs

- Refresh dataset and statistics files to reflect 401 active users and 11371 total contributions - Replace export graphs with updated date range from 2024-11-07 to 2025-02-01 - Add new user posts to 12bitfloat and ANGRY-STUDENT export files - Update Buffon's contribution percentage from 0.02 to 0.01 in statistics

+This corporate behemoth of an IT consulting company I do (sub)contracting via is really stretching how draconian its timesheet policies can be. This is only one of the 4 timesheets I need to manually sync every month and coincidentally care the least about.
