chore: update export statistics with new user data and extended date range for graphs

Browse Source 
- Refresh dataset and statistics files to reflect 401 active users and 11371 total contributions
- Replace export graphs with updated date range from 2024-11-07 to 2025-02-01
- Add new user posts to 12bitfloat and ANGRY-STUDENT export files
- Update Buffon's contribution percentage from 0.02 to 0.01 in statistics

- docs and invoices to be downloaded in their customer portal instead via send to email or automate that shit somehow
