chore: update export statistics with new user data and extended date range for graphs

- Refresh dataset and statistics files to reflect 401 active users and 11371 total contributions
- Replace export graphs with updated date range from 2024-11-07 to 2025-02-01
- Add new user posts to 12bitfloat and ANGRY-STUDENT export files
- Update Buffon's contribution percentage from 0.02 to 0.01 in statistics

+retoor's bot was asleep I guess, so I noticed a spanish spam post about taxi 24 horas [taxi with 24 whores]. And it was quite a good test for my spanish! Turns out, with Duolingo in one year one can learn to understand a language quite well. I only didn't know a few words in the spam post, but the rest I read as if it were english.
