chore: update export statistics with new contributions and mention counts for Demolishun, Lensflare, and PaperTrail

Browse Source 
- Refresh dataset totals from 6170 to 6211 contributions and average from 21.65 to 21.79
- Increment IHateForALiving contributions from 529 to 546 with updated post length metrics
- Bump Demolishun mentions from 231 to 234, Lensflare from 237 to 239, and PaperTrail from 5 to 6
- Append new posts to Demolishun, Lensflare, PaperTrail, and SidTheITGuy export files
- Regenerate binary assets: wheel, tarball, database, and all chart PNGs
