chore: regenerate export statistics with updated user data and extended date range

Browse Source 
- Update active user count from 374 to 380 and total contributions from 10119 to 10455
- Refresh IHateForALiving stats: contributions increased from 909 to 1009, ownership share from 0.55% to 0.6%
- Replace export PNGs with new date range (2024-11-07 to 2025-01-26) replacing previous (2024-11-07 to 2025-01-20)
- Append new post content to ANGRY-STUDENT and 12bitfloat user export files
- Rebuild dist packages drstats-1.3.37.whl and .tar.gz with updated database
