feat: update export statistics with 7 new active users and 526 additional contributions

Browse Source 
- Refresh dataset and statistics files to reflect 374 active users (up from 367) and 10119 total contributions (up from 9593)
- Regenerate graph images to extend date range from 2024-11-07 to 2025-01-20 (previously 2025-01-18)
- Add new export file for user Berkmann18 with one post
- Append 4 new posts to posts-12bitfloat.txt including discussions on Rust, goto statements, and traffic cone reviews
- Update IHateForALiving user stats: 909 contributions (up from 894) with adjusted average post length
