Yup, half is paid by employer and the other is taken from our salary.
I wouldn't mind if we get excellent healthcare services, but dear God we have to wait 3 months to see a specialist, and the doctor only have 7 minutes per patient (regulated by insurance),@retoor
The insurance cost is a percentage of our salary (14% where 7% is taken from our paycheck) with a maximum of EUR 470(I am already in the maximum)
Haha Germany is only cheap if you have below average income, but for high paid professionals, we're getting ripped off 🥲
