Subject: [PATCH] feat: add .reviews to gitignore and introduce review.md with
 code analysis

Add .reviews directory to .gitignore to exclude review artifacts from version control. Create review.md containing detailed analysis of multiple Python scripts, including merge_images.py, sync.py, dataset.py, duration.py, devrant.py, and db.py, with grades, summaries, and optimization suggestions for each file.
